What is $ex drive?

$ex drive, also known as libido, is the term used for a person’s desire to engage in $exual activity. A high libido is an increase in $ex desire, whereas a low libido is a reduction. There are a lot of factors which can affect $ex drive of an individual.

Although there is no direct link between the virus and $ex drive, researchers have found that reduced libido can be one of the Covid-19 side effects.

Anxiety, stress, bad lifestyle choices, low self-esteem, and other factors can also be a reason for low $ex drive in people.

Ayurveda expert Dr Rekha Radhamony took to Instagram to recommend some foods to improve your libido.

“After Covid, I’ve seen many patients complaining of low $exual health and libido. $exual health is as important as your physical health and it should be seriously taken care of. Instead of running behind supplements, try having food that enhances Agni, so that your body will be able to absorb all the nutrients from the food itself,” explains Dr Radhamony.
