How to do: Kneel on the floor and sit back on your heels. Lean forward, keeping your butt on your heels, with your reach your arms forward. Hold the pose for 30 seconds and repeat.

6. Kegel exercises

Your pelvic floor muscles are important to improve pleasure and orgasm response, and Kegel exercises help strengthen these muscles. “Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can enhance sexual pleasure and improve bladder control,” says the expert.

What is the best time to stretch?

Whether you want to do it before or after sex is up to you because it benefits you in both cases. Each one has its own benefits! Akshar says, “Pre-sex stretching can help increase blood flow to the muscles and improve flexibility, enhancing your range of motion during intimate moments. Post-sex stretching can aid in muscle recovery and alleviate any tension or tightness that may have built up.”
